Returns / Exchanges
Our products are shipped through either Canada Post, DHL, FEDEX,UPS OR USPS. We are entrusting a third party to deliver your item in a timely fashion. Once the package leaves our facility, it is now the responsibility of said third to deliver your package.
Orders placed after 12pm will be sent out the next day.
If you would like to require signature for delivery, please call us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for that option.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Due to problems of Covid-19, We are still seeing some delays all orders come with tracking information and this will be the most up to date and accurate info. If you package has been sitting in the same location for greater than 1 week, please email or call us

Returns - Exchanges
Please note: we provide return label in case of damage, warranty or wrong item exchanges only. For regular return and exchange you are responsible for shipping to us and we will take care of the shipping fee when sending back to you.
You can process the return / exchange within 30 days of item received from. Item must be in original package and have tags attached with a copy of your receipt.
You must email Orders@livefast.com to start the return / exchange process.
All custom gloves and vests are handmade. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed on custom items. Double check your size before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
